RETURNING YOUR ONLINE STORE PURCHASE

In the case that you are not completely happy, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return your full priced item within 15 days from the date of shipment. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit, you may also choose to return the item in store.

If you encounter any problems along the way, please email customerservice@stushfashion.com and our team can assist you. 

Please note in order to process a refund you will have to email us with your order number and return the item in its original condition along with any packaging. Labels must also still be attached. Refunds will be made to the card used to make the purchase and will usually take 1-3 days to process, you may return an item via courier or at our boutique.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund may be rejected if tags are removed, the product looks worn, the product is damaged, the product is without original packaging.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@stushfashion.com. Please note that refund payments can only be repaid to the same card or account the payment was received from.

RETURN POLICY

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached to it. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

SALE

No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law. Full priced items purchased with a promotional discount code are still eligible for return.

SHOES

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with dirt, sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox and packaging

JEWELLERY

We will not accept returned jewelry, headwear, scarfs and fragrances for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

FAULTY RETURNS

Online Faulty Returns

If you have received your item and it isn’t quite right, please notify us via email and send some pictures of the faulty item to : customerservice@stushfashion.com

Additionally, should you need to chat to a member of our Customer Care team further, please email customerservice@stushfashion.com with other details.

Once we receive your Online Return Request and the relevant Products, the Products will be assessed by Stush.  If the Product is deemed to be Faulty, we will provide you with a, replacement, refund on the faulty Product subject to our obligations under the Oman Consumer Law plus a refund of the return shipping costs incurred by you. Products are inspected before dispatch and stush cannot accept products damaged when in your possession. 

Stush shall not be liable for any damage due to fair wear and tear, product misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

We aim to provide you with Products of the highest standard and quality. If you believe your Product is Faulty, you may, within a reasonable time after purchase, make a return via our Returns Process.

IN-STORE FAULTY RETURNS

If, after assessment of the Product by a representative of Stush, the Product is deemed to be faulty, Stush will issue you with a repair, replacement or refund for the Faulty Product subject to our obligations under the Oman Consumer Law.

IN-STORE RETURNS

The above policy only applies to the Stush Store. Similarly, purchases made in Stush stores cannot be returned to the Online Store. For purchases made in Stush stores, no refunds unless required by law. Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 14 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Please remember sale and gift cards items are not eligible for return.

We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund on purchase price (excluding original shipping cost unless the item was faulty) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 3 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
